Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HighClass Mart's website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• HighClass Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if an ordered item is out of stock.
• Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
• We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas.
• HighClass Mart reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability.
• Standard delivery within Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.
• Delivery charges apply as specified at checkout. Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items (e.g., undergarments, perishables, digital goods) are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders or information.

Limitation of Liability

HighClass Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
